Sicilian Cosa Nostra

Europol distinguishes Sicilian Cosa Nostra from the separately evolved American organization. Its historical assessment describes family networks with transnational contacts. A 2025 Italian preventive asset action concerned two convicted men associated with a Cosa Nostra-linked group; it does not quantify the whole organization’s finances.
