Canadian and US cases document criminal activity involving particular members and charters. CFSEU-BC reported a 2026 guilty plea for cocaine trafficking for a criminal organization in a case involving Nanaimo charter members. US prosecutors reported 2024 racketeering and related convictions involving the Sonoma County charter. These findings should not be generalized to every member.
