OCCRP documents a Montenegro-origin network linked by investigators to cocaine trafficking and a violent rivalry with the Škaljari group. A 2025 Spanish police release reports an alleged member’s arrest on Montenegrin murder and organized-crime allegations. The allegations are not findings of guilt against all associated people.
